Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

· New Clothing

o New clothing has a 14-day return window from the purchase date for store credit or exchange only.

o Returned items must have original tags attached and be accompanied by a receipt.

o All returned clothing must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and unstained, with no pet hair, no odors, and no deodorant stains.

o Returned items must include the original return packing slip.

· How to Return

o Returns can be dropped off at a local location (prior email communication required) or shipped back to us.

o The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

· Non-Returnable Items

o Preowned clothing, handbags, shoes, and accessories are non-returnable.

o Sale and clearance items are non-returnable.

o Any item returned that does not meet the above conditions may be refused or returned to you at your expense, or only partial credit may be issued at our discretion.

o If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within [e.g., 3–5 days] of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with this policy.
